Section 81.07(5)(b) of the Area Subdivision Control Code, as it applies to the town shall be supplemented as follows:
(b)

Hot asphalt pavement.

Base: 12 inches of stone, compacted in four-inch lifts.

Binder: Five inches of asphalt.

Surface: One inch of asphalt.
