Chapter 20. PARKS AND RECREATION

§ 20-1. Department of parks and recreation created; composition; property.

(a)

There is hereby created a department of parks and recreation to be known hereafter as the Versailles Department of Parks and Recreation.

(b)

The department shall consist of a park and recreation board, a superintendent, and such other personnel as the board may from time to time deem necessary.

(c)

All books, papers, documents and other property of the preceding department of parks and recreation shall become and be property of the department.
