§ 18-118. Violations.

(a)

If a vehicle is not removed within the time period provided in section 18-121 after such notice, the town marshal or his designee shall issue a written order of violation hereof and enforcement shall be by the town attorney or his designee, and appropriate action by a court of competent jurisdiction.

(b)

The form of all notices shall be issued pursuant to the provisions of IC 9-22-1-11.

(c)

Any person who is judged to have violated the provisions of this Code shall be punished as provided in section 1-7 in addition to towing and storage charges.
